So 2 of my chickens(chicks to be exact around 20 weeks) have died recently from unknown causes,Both of them had wobbly legs which on the following days(1-2 days) could barely even walk straight, they could eat and drink but they became very lathergic towards the end, i suspected it to be Marek's disease but i dont think its that because i checked their eyes in anticipation and their eyes looked nothing like the marek's disease ones, both of them had white-ish poop color, they have been vaccinated 2 and a half months ago so the next dose of vaccines is in a couple of weeks,The other chickens are fine.

did you consider necropsy?? there is a list of each state lab on here in case you need more information @casportpony do you have it?? i believe mareks can have different presentation and affect chickens in a flock differently....it may be worth having it ruled out by expert and also possibly learning the true cause.

Call a local veterinarian and ask about having a necropsy done. I searched for labs in Kosovo but didn't find anything.

Sorry for your loss. It does sound like it could have been Mareks, but there are a few other diseases or problems it could have been. Botulism, moldy food, toxins, coccidiosis, or dehydration can look like Mareks at times. The ocular or eye type of Mareks is only one of four types of symptoms in the disease. Mareks can affect the nerves, the skin, the organs, and the eyes. Each chicken’s symptoms may vary.
