Production Blue? Not so sure

My little girl Piper I have been watching for some time as she has been gaining weight much faster than the other chicks (they were all bought at the same time) She also does not seem to be displaying many of the features of "Production Blue" Breed I bought her under. She is displaying no red feathering (which would stem from the Rhode island red part of her genetics) All images I have found on Production blues show this feathering and even when I have seen it without the leg color is yellow, while Piper is showing neither red neck feathers nor yellow legs. Below I will include some pictures of piper as well as the standard image of a Production Blue. If anyone has any idea of what she might be I would appreciate it.

She may be a sapphire gem. Feather and Leg color is consistent.
