Projectile Diarrhea?

We have one baby chick (about a month old) with the worst diarrhea....

What can we do and what causes this?

starter feed, but we do give them fruits and veggies and bread sometimes too! Could that do it?

Certain fruits seem to do that, especially watermelon and some berries.

BTW, the title you gave your thread sure creates a specific mental picture. Maybe a bit TOO graphic...

Sorry about the graphic title, but this really isn't ordinary runny bm.......I have never seen anything like it and I have 6 kids!!

Dont give treats at that age. Try a very small amount of dried chopped up Oatmeal with the starter feed. Could this chick maybe have Cocci? What color is poop?
