If she resists being in the water, then use some warm epsom salt compresses.
That white material can set up like concrete. Do you have any Mineral Oil? If not, how about coconut oil? Mineral oil works a little better, but apply some oil to the white material, then hold your warm compress on it, keep the compresses fairly warm. Do this for about 10minutes if she will tolerate it. Then see if any of the white material will start to come loose. Stop if the tissue starts to bleed.
Once done, coat all of that really well with your anti-inflammatory cream, some honey, oil, etc. whatever you have to keep the tissue moist.
I would get Calcium into her one daily. This is important. Calcium can help with retention and healing.
You can find Calcium Citrate+D3 in the vitamin aisle of stores like Walmart, CVS, etc. Give 1 tablet daily, just pull down on her wattles, pop the tablet into the beak and let her swallow.
Do make sure she's drinking. She needs to stay hydrated.
