Prolapse in new chick?

One of my chicks just hatched early (day 18) it looks like he has a prolapse of some sort? Is there anything I should/could do about it?

Looks like it may be the navel hasn't closed yet. See if that is corrected over the course of several hours as the chick moves about the in the bator and dries off.
