Can using ivermectin on prolapse help? Been to vet gave us tramadol and liquid inflammatory. I’m using prep h- hydrocortisone cream- colloidal silver - aloe gel - coconut oil with Manuka honey- Vetricin. Started last Wednesday. It’s smaller this morning- these pics are yesterday. Sent to vet yesterday and he wants to put her down. I’m not doing that yet. She’s eating digging in the dirt etc

Is she able to poop?
Can you tell if there's an egg or material in the prolapsed tissue?

The color of the tissue is concerning, I'd keep it coated really well with ointment or oil. The yellow crusty material will often slough off and then the tissue may go back in. I'd try Mineral Oil on the crusty material.

She also needs Extra Calcium. Give her 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 once daily for a week. The Extra Calcium may help with contractions and retention.

Keep the tissue cleaned, but do re-coat with your oil/ointment. Warm Epsom Salts compresses may also help reduce swelling.

If she is outside, watch to make sure other hens are not picking at the exposed tissue and monitor heavily to make sure flies are not getting on the tissue. Flies can be very bad news and cause a lot of damage, lay eggs and maggots infest the prolapsed tissue.

You're question whether Ivermectin will help the prolapse. It will not. Ivermectin is an anthelmintic, which is used to treat Parasites (internal and external).
