Prolapse?

I just discovered a hen who appears to be prolapsing. It appears that her insides may be coming out her backside. Any suggestions?

well if there's an egg in there than gently squeeze or massage the egg out, and then puch her insides back in. i've had this happen twice to me.

Hello,

I think I have what you are talking about in my best hen. The sack is clear like and about 4-5inch's out. No egg.
Should I clean her off before trying to put the tissue back in? She is a mess back there.

I would be very sad to lose her, since she has been with the fam since we decided to do birds. Great personality and funny as all get out.

Once I put it back in is there a chance this will keep happening?
