Prolapsed egg sac?

Just had a batch of new chicks hatching one of the last three has a marble sized sac on her butt area. She is still in the brooder any advice or info on this is appreciated.

I had a gosling with something similar. I put neosporin on it 2-3 times daily and it went away slowly. You could also put it on once a day it will probably be fine. Good luck!
 
The chick is doing alright, not the most or the least energetic of the batch.
