Prolapsed/Swollen Vent in 6 week old Silkie

Help! I got a batch of silkies a few weeks ago and one has had a swollen/prolapsed vent since I got her and I don't know what else to do. The photo was taken right after I gave her an Epsom salt bath and put some Vaseline. Typically it is covered in white discharge.. Not sure if she has vent gleet or if this is from her poop. I've tried to push her vent back in but it comes back out in less than a minute. She is eating and drinking normally and doesn't appear sick other than that. I've been alternating normal water with a electrolytes and vitamin water. I will take any and all suggestions!

What do her poops look like? I haven’t see that before in prolapses with a discharge.

Her poop looks just like the other silkies, no difference. I can post a picture of a dropping when I get a chance.
