Prolapsed Vent

I have a baby hen less than a week old with spraddle leg and I'm pretty sure a prolapsed vent. Any advise. New chicken mom.

Spraddle leg can be fixed with different things, like pipe cleaners or gentle tape, to bring the legs together while the slipped tendons tighten up and heal. To prevent it happening again, make sure you have a floor on their brooder that they can grip easily. You can look up methods of bracing their legs by typing in the keywords "spraddle leg".
As far as the prolapse thing, it may be that, or a problem with absorbing the yolk. Could you post a picture?
