yes, in Belgium. the D means 'from the town of' in Flemish French. (i am belgian myself! a belgie and a frenchie! oi oi!)

Atlchick...i am Belgian, not FROM Belgium. hmmmm, i don't know if that makes me a Belch, but i have made a good belch before. especially after drinking Vernor's Ginger Ale. serious stuff. tastes great with a side of fried Leg HORN.
