Pronunciation question for ISA

Silly question but how does one pronounce ISA, for ISA Brown?

Is it like "It's a..." (but without the "t" sound)
or
Is it like "Ice a..."
or
Is each letter pronounced "I S A "?

It's actually an acronym, not a single word, so I would guess it's supposed to be pronounced I. S. A.

However, even knowing that, I will admit I usually just say it like that first option, 'it's a' without the t.

yeah....... sounds like it. I always pronounced it like "I S A".
ISA does stand for "Institut de Selection Animale", so I was guessing that is how it's pronounced.
