Propane question

We only use propane to bbq here and I'm sure glad we don't have to heat with it. My heat is natural gas and it's 50 a month. This is calif so not as cold as you guys get.

Propane is BY FAR the best fuel. No mater what fuel you are using your gonna
need fillups. Oil is cheaper but much dirtier and requires more maintenance.
Electricity is the MOST EXPENSIVE. All you people out there with your electric space
heaters be warned!!!

Seminole, a 10 gallon variation like that is strange. If you leaked 10 gallons in a month
you would smell it. Go to the tank, open the cover, and take a whiff. Also listen
close as you can hear most leaks.

In theory a 120 gallon tank hold should show 80% at 96 gallons. Some guys will
fill them to 90%. The guages are NOT ACCURATE abd lock up constantly. Unless
it happens again I wouldn't worry.

Oooh just caught that one. A 120 gallon tank will have a hard time vaporizing
12.5 gallons of gas per hour. Something is wrong.

You can always just turn the valve on the top of the tank off until you get service
or wann use the hot tub again.

In December we heated our house off electricity. The electric heat used $275 worth
of electricity to do so. In January we are heating primarily with propane. I've used
40 gallons @ 2.66 per gallon. I'm thrilled.

On the other hand I pumped 100 gallons so far into the barn to keep it warm for
the chickens and us when we are out there. That was just stupid. The heater only
comes on now for those single digit nights.
