Any tips for protecting winter veggies from foraging hens and pullets? I want to let the girls free-range for the winter but I still want to grow some things.

You'll have to fence them out, or perhaps put cages of some sort around the plants.
maybe try spraying deer repellent on the leaves in the hopes that the chickens wont like the taste of it. I have had the same problem.
