Protruding eye

Duck eye problem..
Several weeks ago my Welsh Harlequin came down with eye infection. Flushed wiped with warm clean water, Used eyedrops, and then Terramyosin cream. Infection cleared up, but the eye is bulging out, with a cataract cover the eye????

A picture would be nice. Are you sure the infection is gone?
