He is as beautiful as my peacock Horatio who of all my birds has my heart............mine is four years old now, this year his tail span was 10 feet across...and quite magnificent.... I keep mine purely as a pet, I give his feathers to members of a fishing club to make "flys" for fishing with........I would love more especially the pure white peacocks.......who knows what next yer will bring

Aw, Jim, thought you got some new glasses! Love that peacock. My dad says that's what I need, a peacock guard dog. Do they call alot? I've heard one in my vicinity recently for the first and only time. Hope it's still around. I like their call so much.

Oh you guys... come on.. you're killing me here! There are several breeders locally and I've been thinking about it, but thought it was a rare thing to want to have. Aaggghhh.. no more pets.
(that was me trained by my husband.. now me..Yeah!!bring 'em on')

I watched a youtube of a peacock honking. LOUD! English Chick, I had guineas and I loved them but they eventually became aggressive to a select few of my chickens and had to be rehomed. I miss my goonie-birds.
