After a thousand bucks or so!!!

So now I gots a question. I’m putting the flock out in the chicken tractor during the day. What the heck do I do now?

build nest boxes for the tractor?

Congrats - what a pretty egg! :ya

Yes, to keep the eggs clean and off wet ground, nest boxes would be good. There are tons of creative ideas out there for nest boxes; I use covered kitty litter boxes that just sit on the ground, but I think nest boxes that can be attached to the tractor itself (and move with the tractor, rather than needing to be taken out separately) would be better.

Enjoy those eggs!

I would most definitely install nest boxes in the tractor. Place them at the back with an access door for you to retrieve those beautiful eggs. 🥚🥚🥚
