Hi. I'm introducing myself...I am Psychokitte. I'm setting up my first coop.
I'm house/yard bound due to medical issues. I have multiple reasons to start this & feel that a dream is coming true. My "babies" are a week away from being able to move them to their coop.
Sadly, I've noticed that they do not appreciate my singing, [IMG]. No one else appreciates it either, [IMG][IMG]such is life.[IMG]

Hi and welcome to BYC - great that you have joined us. I think that we are both in the same boat, when it comes to singing. Frank Sinatra I certainly ain't [IMG]

You'll find lots of info in the Learning Centre - https://www.backyardchickens.com/atype/1/Learning_Center and if you have a specific topic in mind, just type it in the search box - there's a wealth of information on past and present threads.

You may wish to consider joining your state thread as it will put you in touch with other BYC members in your area - https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/270925/find-your-states-thread#post_3239224

    All the best

G’Day from down under Psychokitte [IMG] Welcome!

I was told once by an Ear, Nose & Throat Specialist that because I had a high palate I would be a good singer .. boy oh boy he could not have been further from the truth lol.

Anyways, as you have already received links to some good starting points from Ken, I will just wish you all the best.

I hope you enjoy being a BYC member. There are lots of friendly and very helpful folks here so not only is it overflowing with useful information it is also a great place to make friends and have some fun.

If you would like to share pictures and stories of your flock, you have come to the right place. BYC’ers never tire of these and do not back away slowly or commence eye rolling when the photo album or home videos come out [IMG]

Don't feel bad, everyone is a critic. I've been told my singing makes cows go dry. Ha ha, we have no cattle around our village.[IMG]
