Pudding the rescued Maran

Hey guys
I've rescued this little bundle of feathers. He/she was attacked by a rat 3 or so weeks ago and had puncture wounds and a broken ankle.
We've called her/ him Pudding. Boy or girl it won't matter and he/ she will have a home
Pudding is roughly 13 weeks old but is smaller than he/ she would be normally due to her injuries.
Can anyone say if we have a little boy or a little girl ?

She/ he is still holding her leg up a bit but is starting to bear weight now so fingers crossed !!

She's a real treasure and the family have become quite attached. I'm hoping that at some point she'll be able to join a flock but for now she's in the house till her movement improves
It's nice to call her a she

looks like a pullet and will either be a black marans or a black copper marans

I think she's gorgeous but my judgement is clouded lol
She's doing really well, using her leg more and more, and taking trips up to the babies coop for an hour or so during the day.
Pudding has a white little silkie friend there that she likes to hang out with - I've called her Rice
