I have one hen whose face looks different than the others. All are Black Australorp. She is 2 years old. I don't know how else to explain except her face looks puffy and maybe she has feathers growing on more of her face than the others. Thought?
Close ups are of hen being held, the other is of one of my other girls that looks normal.

Check her over for lice/mites and inside her ears for any infection. Look inside the beak for any canker.

Her face does look a little puffy, could be irritation from the feather growth if you don't find any other cause.

How is she acting?

Have you added any new birds recently?

No birds added unless you count the four her sister hatched but they are 4 months old and have been in the run since hatch.
I have just started giving them a treat of split peas, red pepper flakes, garlic, parsley, oregano, basil & corn.
She has had a poopy behind most of her life which has caused many of her bottom feathers to come out. But she acts normal. I just noticed her face looked puffy.

Can you see a small amount of gunk in the corner of her eye? If you do, you can flush the eye with saline or an eye wash. Then apply a small dab of Terramycin eye ointment into the eye 2-3 times a day.

I had a hen who looked like that. Unfortunately it was during a period where my vet wasn't seeing chickens. After a few days she got better, and consulting the vet later she said it was most likely a respiratory virus that ran its course.

If this were me, today, I'd start flushing with saline 1-2 times a day to help clear the sinuses.

There are more serious illnesses that can lead to a puffy face, so definitely follow up here or with a vet if she starts to lose her appetite or if there is bubbling in the bottom/corner of the eye. (I got a LOT of advice here and did a lot of reading when my young pullet suddenly had a puffy eyelid and face).

She also seems to be starting her molt...tail feathers looking scraggly, several other hens are losing feathers too. I also have heard a few of the girls and one of the roos sneeze some but that seems to have cleared upa few days ago. We had been burning some trees we had to cut down so I thought they might have been irritated by the smoke. I have not noticed any drainage from eyes or nostrils.
