Pulled out something weird from quail anus

Hey guys so my bird has been sick for a about a week and half now ive been treating her with amoxicillin and i just noticed this today. I pulled out of her anus and its pretty scary looking. Any ideas what it could be

It looks like a lash egg, which is layers of pus that form due to salpingitis, an internal infection.
