Pullet and cockerel?

I have these 3 weeks old Jubilee orpington. Ordered both as females from Meyer hatchery. One looks bigger than the other and has slightly thicker/larger feet. And wing feathers are lighter than the other chick's. Anyone familiar with this breed? Do you think one of them could be a rooster? Thank you

One of them could be a cockerel, but it is far too early to tell.
