Do you care for Brahmas?

They're reputed to be quite cold hardy but I have also found them remarkably good in the heat.

They also come as bantams if you didn't want to add such very large birds to a flock of mostly smaller breeds.

We had one a few years ago. I wouldn't mind adding a dark again. Even my dad liked her a bit, and he really doesn't care for the chickens

I personally think that Dark Brahmas are the prettiest hens in existence.

Do they handle the heat well too though? We have below 0 winters, but often 95+ summers ddays at a time

We have very humid, and to us, hot summers. we get up to 35 degrees Celsius. Provide shade and cool water and they'll be fine
