My pullet John is about 15 weeks old. This afternoon I noticed her right side of her face is redder than the left, and her right eye is slightly swollen and she keeps closing it. No sign of any goop coming out of her nose or eyes. No coughing or sneezing. She may be a bit lethargic but it was also hot today and she's always a little lazier in the heat.
Haven't noticed it with anyone else in the flock, just her. No trauma as far as I can tell. She is eating and drinking normally as of this evening. I've attached photos showing both eyes. I'm worried about my girl, please help!
