Pullet egg no Yolk

6 of our Chickens are a year old and we have 8 pullets all about to start laying. We came home from a week trip away to find a nice very little pullet eggs. I was so excited to eat it that I cracked it right into the pan. It has no Yolk. It does have to spots in it. Not sure what to make of this.

You can get odd things in early eggs from pullets- small eggs, no yolk, double yolkers, etc. It doesn't take long for their systems to get into the proper routine.
 
It's absolutely normal to find eggs from pullets who are just beginning to lay to look like that. It won't be long before they get past this phase.
