Pullet Egg

One of my hens has gone broody and I gave her 4 eggs. Yesterday was day 15 for the eggs I gave her.

When she got off the nest yesterday I found two extra eggs, one of which appears to be developing but so far looks (?) About day 7 or 8. An eye, but no movement.

I removed the egg to a makeshift incubator, but this is a pullet egg, just about half the size of the others.

What can I do to give it the best chance to hatch?

I would let broody sit until chicks hatch and she breaks then take over from there. Honestly Im not sure there is much you can do, I generally don’t help until I see an internal pip
