Pullet eggs

I have a hen that’s 1 year and 3 months old, been laying for a while now and her eggs are still pretty small like pullet sized. The majority of hers never hatch either, they develop but die before hatching. Will her eggs get to normal size eventually or is she just a dud? Is there anything I can add like extra calcium to help her make normal sized eggs?

What's her breed? What are you currently feeding her? Do you provide oyster shell on the side?

I have a Welsummer that lays small round eggs and she's a year and a half. All my others lay large eggs, including my other Welsummer, so I think in my case it's just her genetics and body type.

The size of the eggs is basically genetics. Diet can make a little difference but not enough to be that noticeable unless you weigh the eggs. Calcium is just for eggshells, will do nothing on the size.

She’s a bantam Easter egger, so the eggs are already small to begin with. But the mom hens and sisters of this hen lay good sized bantam eggs. She’s also not even the smallest of the group so it’s strange to me. I feed kalmbach all flock, nutrena harvest blend(which is layer pellets with scratch and oyster shell mixed in) and I have a chick feeder full of oyster shell available all the time for them. So I feel like they are getting enough calcium, I could hand feed her specifically more but wasn’t sure if that would fix this issue or if it was just a genetic thing that some hens have

Oh she's a little bantam EE! Cute. Yeah, it sounds like it's just genetic in her case. You may not be able to hatch from her since you've said the development was delayed or stopped all together. Honestly, I wouldn't want to breed a hen with those issues anyway. Sounds like you're doing everything right.
