Poor girl, I'm sorry she's not doing well.

Can the vet run a fecal float test to help rule out worms and/or Coccidiosis as part of the problem?

If you lose her, sending the body for analysis would be of benefit to you, so you know exactly what you are dealing with and can plan to move forward.

I asked about coccidiosis to the vet and she said that our pullet (age ~17 weeks) would not be exhibiting symptoms like this at her age with that. I was wondering about it because we had unseasonable rain and a leak in the coop and it got pretty moist in there.

Yes we will try our best to get a necropsy when the time comes. She perked up a bit this afternoon and drank a ton of water and I'm giving her electrolytes.
