Pullet losing skin (yes), vet has no clue

Ok,so this is the 5th vet totally puzzled and not having a clue what it may be. He suggested that I give her Amoxicillin tablets which I will do and to spray her with a medication Neomycin. I am about to read what this is..

Maybe she has an allergy to something in her area? And she is the only one reacting to it.
Also I would give her some poultry vitamins.
Illness is caused by either toxicity or deficiency.
If you could isolate her to rule out her ingesting or contacting something that she is allergic to.
Just throwing out some ideas....
