Pullet not laying like flockmates

I have four pullets who are 18 weeks old. Three of them started laying last week. I’ve been getting 2-3 eggs each day and not worrying because I read it takes time for their system to “regulate”. Although for fun I’ll share a picture of one of them - I guess around 5am she had to lay but after laying just couldn’t move any further before going back to sleep, which is how I feel every damn day (there are two ceramic eggs in each box).

The fourth pullet still hasn’t laid, is it normal for one to be behind? I keep checking to make sure she is having bowel movements and make sure stuff isn’t clogged up, and she seems happy, she’s scratching and dust bathing.

Perfectly normal for some birds to be slower at maturing. As long as all else is fine, I would not worry about her.

Agree, I still have 4 that haven't layed yet.
