Pullet opens mouth and breaths strangely

Help! My pullet is opening her mouth and breathing weirdly. Her face is getting yellowish, and her vent has a bump on it. She is eating less and not very active. When she poops, it gets on her feathers. Is this a respitory problem?

Sounds like a possibly serious disease. I would give her fresh raw garlic, cut fairly fine, and if she won't eat it I'd mix it with yoghurt or something like that. It may be a vet case, I don't know.
