Pullet or Cockeral?

Ok, So I am 99% sure the black "Bella" is actually Bob. This one is still bothering me. Every bone in my body is telling me it is a cockerel. I just don't want it to be. I've had hens this color, but I'm still questioning it. I've NEVER had this bad of luck with a bunch of ordered chicks. Out of 4 chicks, 1 of them is a roo and another one is VERY questionable! Yikes!
Can you please give me another glance and opinion?! 8 weeks old approximately

I wanted to know the breed and sex. how do you tell the difference in easter eggers? Especially the white one.

We need a better picture of the white one. Comb and side picture. That color pattern is often seen with EE cockerels.

You can sex Easter Eggers mostly the same way you do with any chicken: look for a larger, redder comb, pointed saddle or hackle feathers, patchier coloring, thicker legs, and signs that it is crowing. It is hard to tell the gender of all of your birds with the photo you provided. Side profile photos of all of them, especially the white one, would help.
