As an fyi, the reason the saddle feathers look rounded is because the pointy ones don't come in on males until 12-14 weeks usually

That’s what I thought too, but I have a definite female (10 weeks), very red combI don't think the comb should be that red at ten weeks for a female. More than likely a male.

I thought it was too... I’m stumped.That looks like a cockerel to me, but must give warning have only had 1 cup of coffee .
Sorry, since it was stated a few months... I thought they were older. At only 10 weeks... I would agree with the assessment here that those are some red combs and wattles for the age and saddle feathers are NOT coming in on most birds at 10 weeks old.Several BYC Friends confirmed it.View attachment 1911419
