Pullet or cockerel French black copper.

I was reading up on the black copper marans and seen that it said roosters tend to have more copper feathers on the neck shoulders and down to the tail. Which then had me start questioning one that I have. I also noticed it’s tail feathing is more pointed upwards then the other 4. where they are more rounded And fluffy looking. They are only around 8-9 weeks.. Just trying to learn more about them.

Those are all pullets. It's the comb/wattles that tell you most about gender at that age. Color can be variable within any breed.

Interested to see how that one turned out. Any updates? pictures? I agree, they all look like pullets. Assuming that's from a reliable farm exciting to see variability like this. So often I've found they reliably look similar
