Yes, you have these correct; the top bird is a pullet, the bottom one is a cockerel.

That happened to me when I named a day old chick Larry Bird! Turns out, she was actually a pullet.

That comb is small for an older pullet. There's no chance of her being a cockerel

It's changed in the last few days but it looks completely different from the rest that's why I thought it was a rooster(it's darker, it has a longer tail, green on its neck feathers but it was really slow on the comb & wattle but it has some now! I'll take a new picture tomorrow!

Actually, now that I look closer at the pictures I see a triple rowed pea comb which usually indicates cockerel. How old is it?

It's about 13 weeks old.

The comb is too red then for a 13 week old pullet. It's a cockerel, sorry.

Assuming this bird is 20+ weeks old, which it looks like it is, then it's definitely a pullet!
