Pullet or cockerel?

Bad luck with our recent hatch! We hatched five, and I fear four are cockerels. I am only sure of one that is a pullet (the grey marans). I am 100% certain that the black OE is a cockerel, but I am not sure about the splash OE. They are 12 weeks. Thoughts?
