Pullet or Cockerel?

I have three black copper marans and am starting to think they are all roosters...any thoughts on it?

How old? If they are at the age of laying I would say pullets but if not they are cockerels.

I'm not familiar with the breed but, where is the "copper,"? I just see solid black. If they didn't have feathered legs, I'd think Black Australorps.
