One of my Ameraucanas started crowing today, so I’m positive he’s a roo, but this one I’m not sure about. I am starting to see hackle and saddle feathers I think. Age is around 3-4 months...

Blues are easy to sex at that age by coloring. Do you see how patchy the coloring is? Now compare to the Blue pullet in the background. Do see even the female's coloring is? Now look at the back feathers on your confirmed male and your suspect. Do you see how different those feathers are in shape when compared to the blue pullet in the second photo?
You've got two cockerels and two pullets.
