Pics 2,3,4 are definitely roos. One time I hatched 6 chicks, 5 of which were male.I feared that. If so I hatched 9 Roosters, 3 hens.

1 pullet, 3 Cockerel. I don't see the Milky eye.
There are several possibilities that can cause an eye to be milky or grey including : ocular Marek's, leukosis, injury, respiratory virus, blindness. I'd keep an eye on him and watch for things you may have missed up to now. See if it looks like he's seeing well or if he's struggling in any way (may be subtle). Also to see if it progresses in any way. There are lots of posts regarding grey eyes you can search, you could also post some good pictures of his eyes (does the other eye look the same?) on the emergencies/diseases/treatments & cures thread where you'll get more opinions, especially regarding Marek's.
