A cockerel would have a lot more comb/wattle development at this age. Hers have hardly even started developing yet.

I say pullet too. It's got a teeny-tiny pale comb (like a pullet), and no red wattles (bright red wattles or comb also may indicate a boy). Doesn't appear that the tail feathers are forming any sickle-shaped feathers (those sickle-shaped tail feathers are what roosters get). Looks like a pullet, although I'm new at this and could be wrong.

I would agree, I believe you have a sweet little pullet

I think it is a rooster the tail feathers look pointy. Males are pointy and female tail feathers are rounded. In a month I think you will have a better idea.

At this age it appears to be a pullet.
