Pullet or Cockerel?

We got several baby chicks from Tractor Supply in a mixed bin. They were mixed with sex and with breed. This is the only Barred Rock or at least I think she is a Barred Rock. I’m a new chicken mom. Will you please help me determine is she is a pullet or a cockerel? She will be 4 weeks in a few days. Thanks ever so kindly.
