Pullet or cockerel

I have two of the same type of breed of chickens with differences I can notice. Not sure of the breed; we were told new Hampshire reds. They were supposed to both be pullets.

They’re New Hampshire Red pullets.

Any idea what these are? I’ve been told NH and Red Ranger. Not sure if pullet or cockerel. They were freebies from TSC 5.5 weeks ago. The others are pullet RIR and Australorps.

Nugget has a red face and is flighty. I was worried it might be a cockerel. Still trying to figure out what breed and why they’re so much bigger than the RIR that are the same age give or take a day.
