Pullet or cockerel

Still trying to figure out if these are pullets or cockerels. We’ve had them 9 weeks. Assume they are about 11 weeks old but I could be wrong. No crowing.

They appear to be Rhode Island Red pullets.

They’re much larger than my RIR pullets. I think they’re New Hampshire’s but I hope they are pullets.

We’ve been concerned about the comb and wattles on Nugget, the first one pictured. I don’t know much about tail feathers and what to look for this early. Guidance regarding feathers would be appreciated. I’m really hoping they are pullets as we aren’t allowed to have roosters.

They look like my Red Rangers looked but I can't say for certain if that's what they are. Exact same color.

I’ve been told that also. I don’t care what they are just hope they’re both pullets. Do you have pics of yours along the way?
