Pullet or cockerel?

Pullets.
The black barring is too wide to be cockerels.
This is what a 3-4 month old PBR cockerel would look like. Much more white and not as much black.

Only if both parents were barred. Single copy barring, ie in black sex link males, is pretty indistinguishable from that of female purebred barred.
There is leakage available in a few photos...pointing to not pure barred

Both male and female chickens can grow spurs, so that isn't a reliable way to guess gender.
