Pullet or cockerel?

These two are siblings, of mixed heritage (maybe Black Australorp and Easter egger). They started out all gray. One has turned dark, while the other is still gray. One seems fully feathered and the other not so much. They are almost 8 weeks old. They are being raised by a broody hen so it was challenging to get decent photos. Any ideas as to sex?

They look like pullets to me.

They look female. But, can't be sure... Update in 3 weeks.

They both look like pullets so far and they are both blue. Blue can vary in coloring from so light it looks lavender to so dark it looks black.
