Pullet or cockerel

Sapphire Splash. Rooster? Hen? About 12 weeks. I'm confused by the lack of tail.

The third picture shows a cockerel on top and a pullet on bottom, and the rest of the pictures show a cockerel. The lack of a tail could be because the feathers are being picked off, but it will probably grow back. There is a slight chance that the bird is rumpless, but that is unlikely.

Oddly enough the 3 single pictures are of the chicken on the bottom in photo 3.
 
Yup. The bird in the last photo (which from what I understand is also the same bird that's shown in the single bird pics) is a pullet

Yes, all single bird photos are of the same bird. Thank you! Maybe just slow at growing a tail?
