Pullet or cockerel?

Even without knowing its exact age, the splotchy, irregular feather pattern and color over the wings almost always means cockerel. (I would say always, but there are exceptions to every rule.) The comb and wattles would also almost always be smaller and much lighter pink at this age if the bird was female. He's pretty.🙂
 
It would be good to know how old he is, that gives you an extra level of confidence, but with that red comb and wattles, upright posture, and thick legs that is a boy.
Hatched April 1st, so about 6 weeks. This chick is double the size of the other chick that hatched same day.
