Pullet or Cockerel?

I got a Ameracana "Pullet" but I'm starting to think 'she' is a cockerel! S/he is 6/7 weeks old and an ameracana(they told me might be a EE) -extra info: s/he will jump on the others and fluff her/himself up and go back and forth with random chickens, s/he is also meaner then the rest- hr are some pics:

Well that sucks :/ I was hoping he was a Pullet like they told us..... Oh wells off to the auction with him in a couple months

yes EE will have Green willow Feet colour

and Ameraucana will have Slate colour ONLY

and Amaeraucanas only come in a few select colours

anything else is an EE
