Pullet or Cockrel?

I’m a new chicken mama and I have 6 12-week old Buffs. I’m pretty sure all are pullets except this one. She was always bigger than the others but I can’t tell about the feathers. I also don’t see any spurs coming out on her. What do you think?

I would say cockerel. The comb and waddles are very male for 12 weeks. Also spurs won't likely be seen till well after 5-6 months, 12 weeks is about the time you may start to notice saddles and hackle feathers but this can still be early for some. I mean unless she is an early bloomer female he is male and you should see male feathers starting soon
 
Thank you! I had ordered females so it seems Winnie is actually Pierre. . The only other one I’m questioning is one of the Lavenders. I’ve posted pics of my girls + 1
