Pullet or cockrel

Hi everyone
This is my 22 week old silkie. I believe it is a pullet but I am not totally sure. She behaves like my silkie cockrel. She chases the other pullets, she is more aggressive than the other pullets and she seems to have steamers. She has never crowed. Could she be a cockrel or a bully pullet? Any thoughts?

Yes, it's gotten larger recently. Doesn't have much in the way of wattles though.

Cockerel, in my opinion. In addition to the large comb, the hackle feathers are very long, a trait of males.

Yes, they are long. I do feel like its a cockerel. Why hasn't she/he crowed yet?

Yes, 2 other silkie roosters. They're all the same age.

Sometimes the more dominant ones will inhibit crowing in less dominant ones. Or maybe he is just a quiet rooster, which can happen. @LadiesAndJane might be able to help here.

Hi!
The bearding gene inhibits wattle growth, so you may never see much wattles. Comb and streamers are indicative of a cockerel as others have posted.
If you have other males around he may not crow for awhile. I have had Silkie boys crow as young as 7 weeks, but most of mine do not start until around 5-6 months of age.
